Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-09-09 · This English version is the binding version of this document.
These Terms govern your use of FixRamp (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
FixRamp provides automated website accessibility scanning against WCAG 2.1 AA (as referenced by EN 301 549 and the European Accessibility Act), AI-assisted remediation suggestions, downloadable audit reports and an accessibility-statement generator.
2. Not legal advice — important
- FixRamp is a compliance-effort tool, not a law firm, and nothing in the Service constitutes legal advice or a legal certification.
- Automated testing detects only a subset of WCAG success criteria. A clean automated scan does not certify conformance or guarantee compliance with the EAA or any other law. Manual expert review remains necessary for full conformance claims.
- AI-generated fixes are suggestions that must be reviewed by you before deployment; re-scan after applying them.
3. Acceptable use
- Only scan websites you own or are authorised to test.
- No attempts to disrupt, overload or reverse-engineer the Service, and no automated bulk scanning without our written consent.
4. Intellectual property
The Service, its branding and reports layout are our property. You own your website content; reports generated for your site may be used freely by you, including sharing with authorities or auditors.
5. Availability and changes
The free Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or regulatory fines arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service. Nothing limits liability for intent or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Contact
