Free accessibility statement generator

The EAA requires you to publish an accessibility statement. Generate a compliant draft in seconds — review, adapt, and publish it on your site.

FixRamp

From violation to verified fix

Every other tool stops at the violation list. FixRamp closes the loop.

Scan in a real browser

Your page is rendered in a headless browser and tested against WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA with axe-core — the same engine used by enterprise tools. You get a compliance score, prioritized violations, and the affected user groups.

AI generates the fix

For each violation, FixRamp generates corrected code — semantic HTML first, no ARIA hacks, design preserved. Copy-paste ready. No JavaScript overlay that patches symptoms at runtime.

Prove your effort

Every scan produces a timestamped, downloadable PDF audit that documents your compliance effort for market-surveillance authorities. Continuous monitoring keeps your evidence current with every release.

The EAA applies to you — even outside the EU

Since 28 June 2025, the European Accessibility Act requires every business selling products or services to EU consumers to make its digital channels accessible. E-commerce, SaaS, banking, transport — including companies based in the US or Asia. Only micro-enterprises (<10 staff and <€2M turnover) are exempt.

  • Technical baseline: WCAG 2.1/2.2 AA via EN 301 549 — screen-reader compatible, keyboard navigable, sufficient contrast, labeled forms.
  • Enforcement: national authorities fine €10,000–€500,000 per member state (Germany's BFSG: up to €100,000).
  • Evidence required: an accessibility statement plus documentation of your compliance effort.

Legal basis: Directive (EU) 2019/882 (EUR-Lex)

Why not just install an overlay widget?

One-line JavaScript overlays promise instant compliance. In practice they patch symptoms at runtime, are rejected by disability advocacy groups, and haven't prevented lawsuits — one major overlay vendor was even fined by the FTC for overstating its claims.

Real compliance means fixing your source code. That's the only thing FixRamp does — and the AI does the heavy lifting.

Simple pricing, built for SMBs

Enterprise platforms charge $18K–155K per year. Overlays don't fix anything. We're the honest middle.
